Cardio:(traditional)

Strength training:

 

  1. dumbells 1-70lbs
  2. kettle bells 15,20,35,40lbs
  3. medicine balls 2-15lbs-no bounce
  4. medicine balls 2-10lbs-with bounce
  5. spri bands
  6. stability ball

Function/Balance:

 

  1. bosu
  2. cones
  3. air disc
  4. foam roller

 

This summer I plan on adding.
 
Unconventional Tools:
 
  1. giant tire
  2. sledge hammer work
  3. blob balls
  4. rock balls
  5. sand bags
  6. weight sleds
  7. battle ropes
  8. chains
